What does the form collect?

The enquiry form collects your name, your email address, what you wrote about the sending you need, and the page the enquiry was sent from. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is taken from your browser.

You do not have to explain the campaign to send an enquiry. If you would rather give the detail after we reply, say so and we will work with that.

What do you hold when I actually send?

The address that opens the account, the payment record for a package or a wallet top up, the list you upload, the message you send and the sending records that come back from it. All of it exists so the send can happen and so the wallet can be counted correctly.

Where is it stored?

It is stored in our own database, run by us for this service alone. It is not in a shared system with another business, and it is never passed to an advertising network or a data broker.

Who sees it?

The owner and nobody else. A copy of each enquiry is carried over Telegram to the owner’s phone, so a real person reads it and replies, and no one outside this business reads it.

Is my sending anonymous?

From the recipient, yes. The message does not carry your personal identity, and the reply address is whatever you point it at, which is usually your own marketing inbox.

From us, no, and we would rather be blunt about it than let you assume otherwise. We keep sending records, we can see the account behind a send, and we answer a lawful request when one is properly made. Anyone who needs privacy from a court rather than from a recipient should not use this service.

What about the people I send to?

Their addresses are yours, not ours. We hold an uploaded list only to run the send you asked for, we do not add it to any list of our own, and we never sell, rent or supply an address to anyone.

Unsubscribes and spam reports that a campaign produces land on our sending infrastructure, and we use them to keep that infrastructure clean. We also act on them: an account that keeps drawing complaints stops sending.

What emails will you send me?

A reply to what you sent, the receipts for a package or a wallet top up, and notices about your own sending. If you ticked the consent box we may also email you occasionally about sending limits and new features, and every one of those carries an unsubscribe link that works on one click.

We keep the date and the wording of the box you ticked, so we can always show what you agreed to.

Do you use cookies or tracking?

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising pixel on this website.

How long do you keep it?

An enquiry is kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Uploaded lists are deleted 90 days after the send they belonged to.

Payment and sending records are kept for as long as the law on business records requires, which is the one part of this we cannot shorten on request.

How do I ask you to delete it?

Email hello@phantomfox.com and say you want your details removed. You do not have to give a reason.

We delete what we are free to delete, tell you plainly what a records law makes us keep, and reply to confirm when it is done.

Where are your company details?

The company registration number and the postal address are not printed here yet, because they follow registration. When that is done they are added to this page and the change is dated, rather than a placeholder being shown in the meantime.

What if this page changes?

If we change what we collect or where it is stored, we update this page and date the change. This page was last updated on 2026-09-23.
