You create an account and send. PhantomFox supplies senders that were warmed before you ever touched them, so there is no domain to buy, no DNS record to add and no warming period, and the first campaign leaves at the same rate the hundredth one will.

What are the five steps?
Five, and four of them are things you do rather than things you wait for. The only sequence that matters is the one below.
- Create the account. An email address and a password. Nothing is asked about a domain, because you are not going to use one.
- Pick how you are paying. The single send package for one message, or a prepaid wallet for volume. Both are set out on pricing.
- Paste the message and the list. Subject, body, and the addresses you are sending to. The sender is already chosen and already warmed.
- Point the reply address wherever you want answers. Your own marketing inbox is the usual choice, so replies arrive where you already work.
- Send. The campaign leaves on a warmed sender. Nothing was configured, and nothing was waiting on a record to propagate.
Why is there no domain to buy?
Because the sending does not run on your domain at all. PhantomFox owns the sending infrastructure, so the thing an ordinary provider asks you to supply and then warm is the thing already sitting there.
That removes the whole setup wall in one move: no DKIM, no SPF, no DMARC, no mail server and no deliverability consultant. It also removes the wall’s real cost, which is the week you spend on it before a single message goes out. If you want that infrastructure reserved for one business or one client instead of shared, that is the dedicated sender.
What does a warmed sender actually change?
It changes what the first campaign is allowed to do. A cold domain has to earn volume slowly, and a warmed sender starts where a cold one finishes.

The practical result is the one the table implies: the first campaign sends at the rate the hundredth one does, rather than at the rate a brand new domain is allowed. What that means for a real list of ten thousand, a hundred thousand or a million addresses is on bulk sending.
Where do the replies and the complaints go?
Replies go wherever you point the reply address, normally your own marketing inbox. Unsubscribes and spam reports land on PhantomFox sending infrastructure instead of on your domain.
That split is the argument for testing a new campaign here first. A campaign that goes badly costs you that send, never the address your business runs on, and a campaign that goes well hands you the replies in the inbox you already read.
What if I only want one message sent?
Then you are on the shortest path of all: account, message, send, and the single send package covers it. Nothing recurring starts.

Do I need my own domain?
No. PhantomFox owns and warms the sending infrastructure, so there is nothing for you to buy, point or verify. That is the whole reason an account can send within five minutes of being created.
How fast can I start sending?
About five minutes from signing up. You create the account, choose the single send package or top up a wallet, paste the message and the list, and send. Nothing waits on a DNS record or a warming period.
Do I need to set up DKIM or SPF?
No, and the same goes for DMARC, a mail server and a deliverability consultant. There is nothing to configure on your side, because the sending does not run on a domain of yours.
What we do not do
- PhantomFox does not sell, rent or supply email lists, and does not send to a list it can see was harvested.
- PhantomFox does not send phishing, credential harvesting, malware or anything built to deceive a recipient into handing something over.
- No sender controls what a receiving mail server decides. PhantomFox runs warmed senders and absorbs the complaints; where a message lands is still the receiving server's call.
