What do these terms cover?

They cover this website, the enquiry form on it, and every send that leaves PhantomFox. Opening an account or buying a package means these terms apply to what you send.

What does the $24 package buy?

One send, valid for one year from the day you buy it. It buys access to sending infrastructure that is already warm, with no domain to buy, no DNS record to add and no warm up period to sit through.

It does not expire the moment you pay and it does not renew on its own. If the year passes without the send being used, the package is spent; there is no monthly fee running in the background either way.

What does the prepaid wallet buy?

Volume sending at $0.003 a mail, taken from a balance you top up in advance. The smallest top up is $20 and the wallet is drawn down one mail at a time, so you spend what you send and nothing more.

What you buyPriceWhat it buys
Single send package$24One send, valid for one year from purchase
Prepaid wallet top up$20 minimumSending at $0.003 a mail until the balance runs out

A balance is credit for sending, not money on deposit. It is not interest bearing, it is not a bank account, and it is used for sending through this service and nothing else.

What can we not promise?

Where a message lands. A receiving mail server decides on its own whether to accept a message and where to file it, and nobody outside that server controls the decision, so inbox placement is not something we sell and not something we will ever claim.

What we do control is every input on our side: senders warmed before you touch them, sending infrastructure kept clean, and complaints acted on rather than ignored. We also cannot promise a business result, because what your market does after a message arrives is not ours to control.

What sending do we refuse?

Selling, renting or supplying email lists, and sending to a list we can see was harvested. Phishing, credential harvesting, malware, and anything built to trick a reader into handing something over.

These refusals hold whatever the volume and whatever the budget. One sender abusing warm infrastructure damages it for everyone else on it, which is why this is the one line we will not move.

What is expected of you?

That the list is yours or lawfully yours to send to, that the message says what it really is, and that you honour an unsubscribe. You remain responsible for your own legal position in the markets you send into; we run the infrastructure, we are not your lawyer.

If an account keeps drawing spam reports, sending stops on that account. We would rather lose one customer than lose the senders everybody else is using.

What happens if an account is stopped?

We tell you why, and an unused package or an unspent wallet balance for an account closed by us for anything other than the refusals above is returned. A balance spent on sending that already happened is not returned, because the sending happened.

Who owns what is on this website?

The words, the tables and the software behind PhantomFox belong to us. You are welcome to quote a page with a link back to it.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the business is registered, and any dispute is dealt with there. If a court finds one line here unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Where are the company details?

The company registration number and the postal address are not printed here yet, because they follow registration. They are added to this page on the day that is done, and the change is dated.

How do we change these terms?

We update this page and date the change. These terms were last updated on 2026-09-23.

How do I contact you about these terms?

Email hello@phantomfox.com and we will answer. Email is the only channel we run at the moment.
