Where do spam reports and unsubscribes land?
On Bbatmail sending infrastructure, not on your domain. A campaign that goes badly costs you that send and leaves the address your business runs on untouched, which is the argument for proving a new campaign here first.
Can replies come to my own inbox?
Yes. You point the reply address at whatever inbox you already work in, and the answers arrive there rather than in a console you have to log into. Bbatmail sends; it is not your mailbox.
Will it land in the inbox?
Nobody can promise that, and Bbatmail does not. A receiving mail server makes that decision on its own. What is under our control is the sender, which was warmed before you touched it, and the complaints, which land on our infrastructure rather than your domain.
Can I send to a cold list?
Yes, provided it is a list you gathered yourself. Bbatmail does not sell, rent or supply lists, and it does not send to a list it can see was harvested.
What does it cost?
