Signed up and sending in five minutes
Send bulk email with no domain and no DNS
PhantomFox is email sending with the hard parts already done: senders are warmed before you touch them, so there is no domain to buy, no DNS record to add and no warm up to wait through. You sign up and send in five minutes, from $24 or $0.003 a mail.
No domain, no DNS record, no warm up period.
What is already done before you sign up?
These are the parts of sending that usually take a week, and none of them are yours here.
No domain to buy and no DNS record to add
Senders warmed before you touch them, so the first campaign sends at the rate the hundredth does
Nothing to configure: no DKIM, no SPF, no DMARC, no mail server
Volume to ten thousand, a hundred thousand and a million messages, depending on the plan
Replies pointed at your own marketing inbox
What can you actually send here?
Four ways people use the same sending infrastructure, each with a page of its own.
Ten thousand, a hundred thousand or a million messages from a prepaid wallet at $0.003 a mail.
One message out without your own name on it, for a tip, a test, a complaint or a joke.
Sending infrastructure set up for you and held apart from everyone else's traffic.
Replies in your own inbox
Point the reply address at the marketing inbox you already work in, so the answers arrive where you read them.
Who sends through PhantomFox?
Six of the people who arrive here most, and what each one is trying to get out the door.
PhantomFox runs the dedicated sender system for cold email agencies.
PhantomFox runs the multi client sending system for lead generation agencies.
PhantomFox runs the launch announcement system for SaaS founders.
PhantomFox runs the offer campaign system for affiliate marketers.
PhantomFox runs the candidate outreach system for recruiters.
PhantomFox runs the white label sending system for agencies that resell it.
How do you go from nothing to a sent campaign?
Three steps, and none of them touch a DNS record.
Open an account
An email address is all it takes. There is no domain to buy, no mail server to point anywhere and no technical experience needed, because the sender you are about to use already exists and is already warm.
Paste your list and your message
Bring the list you already hold and the copy you already wrote. Point the reply address at your own marketing inbox, so anyone who answers lands where you already work.
Send, and read what came back
The send starts immediately rather than ramping over weeks. Unsubscribes and spam reports land on our sending infrastructure, so a campaign that goes badly costs you that send and not the address your business runs on.
What do people ask before the first send?
Five questions that come up on almost every account, answered straight.
Do I really not need my own domain?
No. You send from senders that already exist and are already warm, which is the whole reason there is nothing to configure and nothing to wait for.
I burned a domain once and will not risk another.
Then do not put it in front of an untested campaign. Send here first, read how the market takes it, and keep the complaints off the address your business runs on.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. Nobody controls a receiving mail server's decision, so what we sell is warm senders and a clean send, not a placement.
Can the recipient see who I am?
The message does not carry your personal identity, and the reply address is whatever you point it at. We do keep our own sending records, so this is privacy from the recipient, not privacy from us.
A single send package is $24 and stays valid for a year. Bulk sending runs off a prepaid wallet at $0.003 a mail, and the smallest top up is $20.
What does it cost?
Two ways to pay, and neither one is a subscription you have to remember to cancel.

What gets asked first?
Five short answers to the questions that come before anyone opens an account.
Do I need my own domain?
No. PhantomFox owns and warms the sending infrastructure, so there is nothing for you to buy, point or verify. That is the whole reason an account can send within five minutes of being created.
How fast can I start sending?
About five minutes from signing up. You create the account, choose the single send package or top up a wallet, paste the message and the list, and send. Nothing waits on a DNS record or a warming period.
How many emails can I send?
The sending supports ten thousand, a hundred thousand and a million messages. What decides your ceiling is the balance in your prepaid wallet rather than a plan tier, because every mail simply draws $0.003 from it.
Will it land in the inbox?
Nobody can promise that, and PhantomFox does not. A receiving mail server makes that decision on its own. What is under our control is the sender, which was warmed before you touched it, and the complaints, which land on our infrastructure rather than your domain.
What does it cost?
A single send package costs $24 and stays valid for one year. Bulk sending is charged at $0.003 for each mail, drawn from a prepaid wallet whose smallest top up is $20.

What does PhantomFox do?
It sends your email from senders that are already warm, so the week of setup that sits in front of every other sending tool is simply not there. No domain, no DNS record, no warm up, and nothing to configure.
Most providers sell you the software and leave the hard part with you: buy a domain, add DKIM, SPF and DMARC, then send slowly for weeks until the receiving world decides you are real. Here that work is already done. You bring a list and a message; the sending infrastructure is ours. The three shapes it takes are bulk sending, anonymous sending and a dedicated sender set up for one business alone.
Do I need my own domain?
No, and that is the point. Nothing you send here touches a domain you own, which is why there is no record to add and no warm up to sit through.
That also changes what a bad campaign costs. If an untested offer draws unsubscribes and spam reports, those land on our sending infrastructure rather than on the address your business runs on. Agencies that have burned a domain once tend to arrive for exactly this reason, and the full sequence is written out on how it works.
How fast can I start sending?
Five minutes, from an empty browser tab to a campaign leaving. An email address opens the account, and the sender is warm before you ever see it.
There is no approval queue to wait in, no consultant to book and no verification week. If you have a deadline today, the deadline is the only thing standing in your way.
How much can I send, and what does it cost?
Two ways to pay. A single send package is $24 and stays valid for a year, and volume sending runs from a prepaid wallet at $0.003 a mail with a smallest top up of $20.
| What you buy | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Single send package | $24 | One send, valid for one year from purchase |
| Prepaid sending wallet | $0.003 a mail | Volume sending, smallest top up $20 |
Volume runs to ten thousand, a hundred thousand and a million messages depending on the plan, and the wallet only moves when you send. The same table, with what each one is good for, sits on pricing.
Will it land in the inbox?
Some of it will and some of it will not, and no sender on earth can tell you the split in advance. A receiving mail server makes that decision on its own, using signals none of us control.
What we sell instead is every input that is actually controllable: senders warmed before you touch them, sending infrastructure kept clean, and complaints absorbed away from your own domain. That is also why this is the right place to put a new campaign in front of a hundred thousand people first, and read how the market takes it before your own address has ever been near it. More of this is answered on answers.
Can I send without my name on it?
Yes, from the recipient’s side. The message carries no personal identity of yours, and the reply address is whatever you choose to point it at.
Be clear about the limit, though: we keep our own sending records, so this is privacy from the person receiving the mail, not privacy from us or from a lawful request. Anonymous sending says exactly what is and is not hidden.
What does PhantomFox refuse to send?
We do not sell, rent or supply email lists, and we do not send to a list we can see was harvested. We do not send phishing, credential harvesting, malware or anything built to trick a reader into handing something over.
Those refusals hold whatever the volume and whatever the budget, because one sender abusing warm infrastructure damages it for everyone on it. The rest of the awkward questions are answered on the FAQ, and who is behind this is on about.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or supply email lists, and we do not send to a list we can see was harvested.
- We do not send phishing, credential harvesting, malware, or anything built to trick a reader into handing something over.
- We do not promise where a message lands. Nobody controls a receiving mail server's decision, and a sender who says otherwise is guessing.
