About PhantomFox and what it refuses
PhantomFox runs warmed sending infrastructure so a customer never buys a domain, adds a DNS record or waits out a warming period. It does not sell, rent or supply email lists, does not send phishing or malware, and makes no promise about where a message finally lands.

What is PhantomFox?
Email sending with the hard parts already done. The senders are warmed before a customer touches them, so there is no domain to buy, no DNS record to add and no warming period to sit out.
Everything else on this website follows from that one decision. Because PhantomFox owns and warms the sending infrastructure, a new account can send at real volume in five minutes rather than a week, and the setup wall that stops most people from ever sending simply is not there. What does PhantomFox refuse to do?
Four things, stated here so nobody discovers them later.

The third row is the one worth reading twice. Nobody controls a receiving mail server’s decision, and a provider that says otherwise is selling a sentence it cannot honour. What is controllable is the sender a message leaves on and where the unsubscribes and spam reports land, and both of those are handled here.
Who is it built for?
Three kinds of sender. An agency running outreach for clients, a marketer with a list and a deadline, and somebody with a single message to send under their own privacy.
They want different things from the same infrastructure, which is why the site splits three ways: bulk sending for the campaign, dedicated sender for the agency that needs clients kept apart, and anonymous sending for the one message. Markets are global, with the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia first.
Why is there no customer list on this site?
Because sender privacy is a feature of the product, and a wall of logos would sit badly against it. There are no customer counts, no testimonials and no star ratings anywhere here.
What is here instead is the price, the refusals and the mechanics, written plainly enough to judge without a call. The prices are on pricing and the short answers are on the FAQ.
How do I reach a human?
Write to us. Tell us what you are sending, how many addresses are on the list and whether you need clients kept apart, and the answer comes back with a real number in it.

Do you sell email lists?
No. PhantomFox does not sell, rent or supply email lists, and it does not send to a list it can see was harvested. You bring your own list and we send it.
Do you send phishing email?
No. Phishing, credential harvesting, malware and anything built to deceive a recipient into handing something over are refused. Privacy for the sender is not cover for that, at any price.
Do you promise inbox placement?
No, and neither can anyone else. The receiving mail server decides, and a provider that claims otherwise is selling a sentence it cannot honour. We run warmed senders and absorb the complaints, and we say no more than that.
Do you give me an inbox to receive replies?
No. PhantomFox is a sending service, not a mailbox provider. You point the reply address at an inbox you already own, and the answers arrive where you already work.
