Pricing: a $24 package or a topped up wallet
Two ways to pay. A single send package costs $24 and stays valid for one year, and bulk sending is charged at $0.003 for each mail drawn from a prepaid wallet whose smallest top up is $20, so you pay for what you send.

What are the two ways to pay?
One package for one message, one wallet for volume. You can start on either, and nothing forces you onto the other.

The package is bought once and sits there for a year until you use it, which is why it fits the person who has exactly one message to send. The wallet is the one to read if you have a list, and what it does at real volume is on bulk sending.
What does the wallet cost at real volume?
Multiply the list by $0.003. That is the whole calculation, because there is no seat fee, no platform fee and no monthly floor underneath it.

Those three rows are the same three volume bands the sending supports, so the number you are reading is the whole cost of that campaign rather than the first line of it. The smallest top up is $20, which is below the cost of the smallest band, so you can put money in before you have decided how big the send is.
Is anything billed to me every month?
No subscription is required to send. The package is a one off purchase and the wallet is money you put in before you spend it, so a month in which you send nothing costs nothing.
That is deliberate. Most sending providers bill for the month whether the list went out or not, and the cost of testing a campaign then includes the months you were not testing anything.
What does the price not include?
It does not include a list, and it does not include a promise about the inbox. PhantomFox sells the sending and the warmed infrastructure behind it, and nothing else.
Lists are not sold, rented or supplied here, and a list that is visibly harvested is not sent to. Where a message finally lands is a decision made by the receiving mail server, which no provider controls. The full set of refusals is on about.
What about the dedicated sender?
That one is quoted rather than listed, because what it costs depends on what is being run and for how many clients. Everything else on this page is a published number.

What happens when my wallet runs out?
Sending stops until you top it up again. The wallet is prepaid, so there is no bill afterwards and no month you paid for without sending anything. The smallest top up is $20.
What we do not do
- The price buys the sending. It does not buy a list: PhantomFox does not sell, rent or supply email lists at any price.
- No price here buys a promise about where a message lands. A receiving mail server decides that, and nothing on this site says otherwise.
