Nobody should have to pay to find out whether a sending service works. The free tier exists so the first thing you see is a real message arriving, not a pricing page and a promise.
What can you actually do without paying?
Send a real message from a warm sender and watch what happens to it. That is enough to answer the only question a new account has, which is whether anything arrives at all.
It is not a demo environment or a sandbox. The message is genuine, the sender is the same infrastructure paid campaigns use, and the recipient sees exactly what they would see later.
Why is there no setup even on the free tier?
Because the setup is the part that puts people off, and removing it only from paying customers would be dishonest. There is no domain, no DNS record, no DKIM, no SPF and no warm up on any tier.
An account opened now can send within five minutes of existing. No technical experience is expected, which is the whole point of letting people try before deciding.
What does paying add?
Volume, mainly. Paid plans carry ten thousand, a hundred thousand and a million message campaigns, bought per message from a prepaid wallet, plus a single send package for people who need one campaign and nothing else.
Replies can be routed to your own inbox, and the complaints a large campaign collects land on our sending infrastructure rather than on any domain of yours. The figures are on pricing and the volume route is on bulk sending.
