Invitation sending for event organisers

PhantomFox runs the invitation sending system for event organisers. The whole guest list is reached in one send rather than released over days, and the reminder that fills the room goes out on the morning it matters with no setup standing between you and it.

An event is three sends, not one: the invitation, the reminder and the day before nudge. Each has a window measured in hours, and an organiser whose sending is throttled hits that window with a third of the guest list. Attendance is decided by the sends that landed on time.

Why do invitations arrive in the wrong order?

Because a normal mailbox releases them slowly and the list finishes in a different order than it started. Half the guests get the invitation after the early bird price ended, and the day before reminder reaches some of them on the morning of the event itself.

Organisers then blame the venue, the date or the weather. It was the release rate.

What does invitation sending change?

It sends the whole list at once. Capacity is warm on arrival, there is no domain to buy and no record to publish, and volume runs to ten thousand, a hundred thousand or a million messages depending on the plan, which covers a workshop and a conference alike.

Replies come back to an inbox you nominate, so the dietary requirements and the plus ones arrive where your team already reads. The mechanics are on how it works.

What does an event cost to mail?

Messages are priced per message from a prepaid wallet, so three sends to a list of five thousand costs what the arithmetic says and nothing more. A single send package fits an organiser running one event a year.

The unsubscribes that an invitation to a bought or borrowed list collects land on our sending infrastructure rather than on the address your venue and your sponsors write to. See pricing and bulk sending.

Organisers who also run a subscriber list read list migration sending for newsletters, and those selling a seat rather than a ticket read launch sequence sending for course sellers. Send the invitation and the reminder on the days they were meant to leave.
