Alternative sending after a shutdown

PhantomFox runs the alternative sending system for senders a mail service closed. You are sending again the same day, from capacity that is warm on arrival, with no domain to move, no records to republish and no ramp to work through a second time.

An account closure arrives as a short message and stops everything at once. The list is still there, the campaign is still written, and there is suddenly nowhere to send it from.

What usually happens after a shutdown?

People appeal, and appeals are slow and rarely reversed. Meanwhile the campaign that was mid flight stops, the sequence half your audience received never finishes, and the revenue that depended on it does not arrive.

Opening an account with another provider of the same kind restarts the whole setup: a domain, records, a verification queue and a warm up that has to be served from the beginning. That is weeks of work to reach the position you were in on the morning of the closure, and it can end the same way for the same reason.

What does alternative sending do differently?

It puts you back in the air today. Capacity here is warm before you arrive, needs no domain of yours and no DNS records, and asks for no technical work at all.

You open an account, upload the list and send at full rate rather than at a new sender’s rate, because the senders were warmed long before you needed them. The path is written out on how it works, and it is the same path for a first campaign and a rescued one.

What keeps the same thing from happening again?

The sending lives on infrastructure built to carry the reaction that bulk email produces. Unsubscribes and spam reports land on our sending infrastructure rather than on an account that was never designed for them.

There are limits worth stating plainly. We do not sell, rent or supply lists, we do not send to a list we can see was harvested, and we do not send phishing or anything designed to deceive a recipient. Everything else is on pricing and bulk sending.

Senders who lost a domain rather than an account read complaint absorption for hard campaigns, and those who will not risk another domain read off domain sending after a burned domain. Open an account and finish the campaign that stopped.
